Postpartum Support
Providing postpartum support to growing families.
$45/hr
Day Time Support
4-8 hour shifts
During a daytime shift, I provide emotional and physical support to mom, help with newborn care, lactation support, and more! My goal is to provide a safe space for parents to navigate the newborn phase and process the birthing experience.
Night Time Support
8-10 hr shifts
During the night shift I help provide a much needed break for parents. I help support infant feeding (breastfeeding or formula), pumping, clean bottles, change diapers, and help soothe baby back to sleep.
Lactation Support
I can help provide basic lactation support, including lactation education, help with latch, resource sharing, and referrals for more complex cases.
Holistic Sleep Support
For families that know that sleep is more than just behavior

Consultation Call

perfect for babies 0-6 months
includes a free 15-min call to answer any questions and see if this method is a good fit for your family
in-depth intake with 10+ sections to get a better idea on all the factors that can impact baby's sleep + track infant sleep for 7 nights
60 min sleep education call where we will review your intake form, discuss goals, and you will walk away with the tools to support your little ones sleep
one-week follow-up you may text or email me as much as you need after our call to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered
Full Package
$350
designed for babies over 6 months old
includes a free 15-min call to answer any questions and see if this method is a good fit for your family
in-depth intake with 10+ sections to get a better idea on all the factors that can impact baby's sleep + track infant sleep for 7 nights
60 min sleep education call where we will review your intake form, discuss goals, and you will walk away with the tools to support your little ones sleep
four-week follow-up where you will have unlimited text access to me as we work to adjust baby's sleep to fit the entire family's needs
Disclosure Statment
I am currently taking a minimum of TWO volunteer clients to finish off my certification for the Isla-Grace Baby-Led Sleep™ & Well-Being Specialist Certification Course.
I am currently accepting one younger baby (<12 months) and one toddler (12-36 months).
You will have to fill out a confidential evaluation form after our work together as well.
This is NOT sleep training - I do not use any form of separation-based techniques, cry-it-out, or behaviorist approaches.
The current rates only apply to volunteer clients. The rates will go up once I am officially certified - so get help at a lower rate now!
